The manuscript written should be thoroughly checked for grammatical or typographical errors before submission. Authors should ensure that the similarity score of their research paper is not above 25 %. Manuscripts having similarity score more than 25 % shall not be processed. All the review manuscripts should be submitted in PDF format without authors name and affiliations using Easy Chair Conference Management Systems written as per IEEE Template in Word (A4) or in Latex. However the names of all authors should be registered on easy chair while submission.
FAQs for Paper Preparation
For Paper Submission Click Here
All the paper having similarity score less than 25 % shall be processed through double blind review by the members on Technical Program Committee. There will be following probable review results;
TThe author / presenter shall prepare 15 minutes presentation about the research paper contribution including Objective, Justification, Methodology, Results, Conclusion as per template here.
There will be 3-5 minutes query time. Presentation schedule will be displayed well before time.
Authors shall prepare 3-4, A3 size posters including Title, Authors & Affiliation, Objectives, Methodology, Results and Conclusion. The presentation slots will be defined when the authors will remain present to explain their contributions and reply queries of the visitors. Space will be provided for the display.
All accepted and presented papers in ICRAIE 2020 will be submitted to IEEE Xplore digital library for possible publication
